Just a few words that come to mind when LaTina is asked about her design aesthetic.
Being an entrepreneur of a creative nature began for her over 20+ years ago, and after spending a few years on the corporate side of life followed by a year as COO for a large investment company -it was but a small step to launching her own staging, redesign, interior design and REI business under the umbrella of Exceptional Dwellings!
‘Designing Life Beautifully’ is her current mantra.
Brandon Harvey
COO/DESIGNERWith several years of experience working in the creative and design fields, Brandon is a true asset as our Chief Operating Officer.
When asked about his design style, he responded:
“My wheelhouse of design begins with a modern and eclectic style. I draw design inspiration from travel, architecture, history, and art. I believe design is about embracing a space and allowing it to tell a story. I always strive for my designs to evoke an emotion and inspire conversation.”
He does not stop there. This powerhouse is not only our Chief Operating Officer but also manages our commercial accounts and acquisitions.
Lisa Gulino
OFFICE MANAGER/HR LIASONWith over 20 years of corporate client account management, Lisa brings her project and organizational skills to the Exceptional Dwellings team. She also has a decade of experience working in sales, inventory, floor set visuals, and customer service with a high-end fashion retailer.
Her personal design philosophy is “one that complements your lifestyle and instills a welcoming, peaceful feeling you always want to come home to. Whether it’s designing your home, wardrobe, or outdoor space, there is nothing like the feeling when you find a style that just speaks to your soul”.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys gardening, loves all dogs, exploring new parks and trails, and spending time with family.
